AI output is provided to the client as decision-support information.
Verrow does not make final hiring decisions. Clients remain responsible for reviewing applicant information and making final hiring decisions.

We may share information with service providers and tools needed to operate Verrow, such as:

- Cloud storage providers

- Website hosting providers
- Payment processors
- Calendar tools

Business clients are responsible for their own hiring processes, applicant notices, applicant consents, job criteria, employment decisions, retention requirements, and legal compliance.
Verrow processes applicant information to support the client’s workflow.

8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
Clients may request deletion or export of certain data, subject to legal, technical, and contractual limitations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Clients and users are responsible for keeping their own account credentials, shared access, email accounts, connected spreadsheets, and third-party tools secure.
10. Sensitive Information
Clients and applicants should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the role, lawful to collect, and requested through the applicable form.
Verrow should not be used to collect protected-trait information for discriminatory screening or unlawful decision-making.
Unless separately agreed in writing, Verrow should not be used to collect background check reports, credit reports, criminal history reports, medical records, drug test results, or similar regulated screening information.
11. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on your relationship with Verrow and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of certain information.
Applicants may also contact the business client that collected the application information.

Verrow is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
